Our commitment

NOVAELAR GROUP wants its site to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever the hardware, the software or the abilities of the person consulting it. This statement covers the novaelar.com site as a whole.

Conformance status

The site aims for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), the standard on which the French RGAA is based.

No conformance audit has yet been carried out by a third party. We therefore claim no formal conformance, and set out below what has actually been taken into account together with the known limitations.

What has been implemented

• Semantic document structure: hierarchical headings, lists, navigation landmarks.
• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Colour contrast checked between text and its background.
• Text resizable up to 200% without loss of information or functionality.
• Responsive layout, usable on phone and on desktop, with no horizontal scrolling.
• Text alternatives on meaningful images; purely decorative elements are hidden from assistive technologies.
• Respect for the system preference for reduced motion.
• Explicit labels associated with every form field.

Known limitations

• No external audit has been conducted: non-conformities may remain without having been identified.
• Some content supplied by third-party services may not meet the same requirements.
